  • Co-founder

    I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both NJ and PA. I specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and many other mental health difficulties and struggles. I approach therapy from a Person Centered framework. My main goal is to establish and maintain a positive rapport with my clients. I believe that trust and comfort need to be established first so that the real work can begin. I believe that my clients are the experts on themselves and I am just here to help guide you towards your goals and ultimately back to yourself.

    I have over 7 years of experience and I have worked in various areas and with many different types of populations within mental health. Ranging from individual therapy to Crisis Response and from stress management to Schizophrenia. I have a background in CBT and Mindfulness as well as Person Centered therapy.     I have over 7 years experience counseling individuals and families and I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. I've practiced counseling in inpatient substance abuse, outpatient, community-based outpatient, and private practice settings.

    So often we can feel stuck in painful experiences or patterns that no longer serve us. I have always had a passion for the helping professions and I know what it's like to find yourself in need support.

    My approach is to get to know your unique situation and collaborate to help achieve your goals. I use solution oriented, cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches to help my clients use practical strategies to manage life's challenges. Whether that’s helping you sort through your thoughts, gaining new insight, or processing grief and trauma. My goal is to give you the tools to make the changes you want in your life and I believe it all starts with awareness.
